RETURNS:
We currently offer shipping within the U.S. only. All of our ingredients are sourced domestically, and we ship using reliable carriers to get your blends to you safely and quickly.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

REFUNDS:
We stand fully behind the quality and intentionality of our herbal blends. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
To qualify for a refund:
- The bottle must be at least half full
- You must request the return within 30 days of your purchase date
- Email us at elevatedherbalfrequency@gmail.com to start the return process
We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email that you can print and use to ship your item back to us. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund in full.
